Park Overview
Altia Smart City is a business park in San Pedro Sula developed by Grupo Karim’s (GK Global). Designed for the outsourcing and IT industries, it provides a Class A sustainable environment with plug-and-play infrastructure for BPO, ITO and shared services providers, as well as customized turnkey solutions for corporate offices.
The park has four business towers in San Pedro Sula, with operations also in Tegucigalpa, and hosts more than 8,000 employees and over 30 clients. Its plug-and-play model allows companies to go live in 60 to 90 days, with services designed to let them focus entirely on their core business.
