- Copy of the Corporate Incorporation Deed or Individual Merchant Deed.
- Copy of the National Taxpayer Registry (RTN / Registro Tributario Nacional).
- Copy of the official resolution authorizing operation under the Free Zone regime, when applicable.
- Copy of the registry certificate issued by the competent productive-sector authority, when applicable.
- For companies operating outside the Free Zone regime, copy of the corresponding authorization under the applicable special export regime, when required.
- Completed AHM Membership Application Form, provided through Customer Service.
Corporate Sponsors Documentation for sponsor affiliation
- Copy of the Corporate Incorporation Deed or Individual Merchant Deed.

Costs vary by membership category
The applicable membership costs are established according to the category assigned to each company.
An affiliation fee applies when a company joins AHM.
