Prolongación 1era Avenida SE, sector El Cacao, San Pedro Sula, Cortés
Park Overview
San Miguel Industrial Park began operations in 1991, developing its first free zone park with 20 leasable industrial buildings. Since 1994, it has also developed turnkey projects built to each client’s requirements, many of them leased with an option to buy.
The developer has its own construction and consulting company and has built more than 3 million sq ft (about 279,000 m²) of free zone manufacturing space in Honduras, for industries ranging from textiles to automotive component assembly. Clients can buy or lease their building, with flexible layouts that allow for future growth.
Its Río Nance site in Choloma is on the CA-5 highway between San Pedro Sula and Puerto Cortés, 25 minutes from the main port.
