Park Overview
ZIP Bufalo is the owner-operator of an export processing zone in Bufalo, Villanueva, Cortés, in operation since 1991. The park holds more than 1.39 million ft² of industrial space, with a further 1.18 million ft² of expansion, and is home to more than 10,000 direct employees.
Of the existing industrial area, 328,000 ft² has been acquired by five international companies, and 18 other international companies hold medium-term leases.
The park is built around a people-friendly working environment: two-story industrial buildings that avoid any closed-in effect, fully air-conditioned production areas, extensive green areas, cafeterias and recreational activities, combined with fully equipped building rental and on-site customer service.
