Villanueva Industrial Park
Carretera CA-5, San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras, C.A.
Park Overview
Villanueva Industrial Park is a free zone industrial park on the CA-5 highway in Villanueva, Cortés, developed and operated by Grupo J. Eleven manufacturers are installed in the park and more than 10,000 people work inside it every day.
Its masonry and steel flex buildings start at 30,000 sq ft and expand to 90,000 or 120,000 sq ft, or are built to suit, giving both light and heavy manufacturing room to grow on the same site. Target industries include medical devices, textiles, automotive harnesses, electronics and distribution centers.
Every service inside the park — security, customs, waste collection, maintenance and landscaping — is operated by the park itself rather than subcontracted, under a single point of billing.
