Y el primer liderazgo se demuestra en el hogar, la influencia que ejercemos en el rol de padres, o desde el hogar es poderosa y vital.<\/p>\n<p>Conscientes de este aspecto, la Asociaci\u00f3n Hondure\u00f1a de Maquiladores, a trav\u00e9s de su programa de capacitaci\u00f3n <strong>PROCINCO<\/strong>, brind\u00f3 el jueves 16 de julio la charla en l\u00ednea \u201c<strong>Liderazgo de influencia ante la nueva realidad<\/strong>\u201d, impartida por la Lic. Irma Ch\u00e1vez Miranda, Conferencista y Consultora certificada en programas de certificaci\u00f3n C-TPAT, WRAP, Fair Labor, Pre-auditor\u00edas, cumplimiento y gesti\u00f3n de la diversidad en empresas y con 10 a\u00f1os de experiencia facilitando temas human\u00edsticos en el Programa PROCINCO.<\/p>\n<p>La expositora nos comparti\u00f3 las 4 caracter\u00edsticas del <strong><em>L\u00edder de Influencia<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Modelo<\/li>\n<li>Mentor<\/li>\n<li>Motivador y<\/li>\n<li>Multiplicador<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un l\u00edder de influencia no se limita a dar instrucciones, sirve de ejemplo a otros, en la situaci\u00f3n actual, un l\u00edder de influencia acata instrucciones, sigue las medidas de bioseguridad, respeta y muestra el camino a seguir para la consecuci\u00f3n de las metas. Tambi\u00e9n emplea la empat\u00eda para orientar a otros, es capaz de escuchar y ayudar a sus colaboradores.
