Este reconocimiento refleja el impacto positivo y sostenible generado a trav\u00e9s de su programa de inclusi\u00f3n para personas con s\u00edndrome de Down.<\/p>\n<p>En alianza con Fundaci\u00f3n Integrar, el programa promueve la integraci\u00f3n social y laboral de personas con s\u00edndrome de Down, mediante:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Atenci\u00f3n temprana:<\/strong> Desde los 2 meses de edad, estimulando el desarrollo motor y cognitivo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica y vida independiente:<\/strong> Talleres que fortalecen habilidades acad\u00e9micas, laborales y de autonom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Capacitaci\u00f3n inclusiva:<\/strong> Formaci\u00f3n para colaboradores y voluntarios, fomentando un entorno laboral diverso y emp\u00e1tico dentro de RCJ Corporaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Durante 2024, el programa beneficia directamente a m\u00e1s de 150 personas, impactando adem\u00e1s a 750 familiares indirectamente, consolid\u00e1ndose como un referente en inclusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Tecno Supplier alinea este esfuerzo con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, especialmente el Objetivo 10 (Reducir las desigualdades) y el Objetivo 17 (Alianzas para lograr los objetivos).
